Both our shops are open from 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.00 am to 12 noon Saturday. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.

BOSS accepts payment by direct debit, EFTPOS, credit card and cash. We do not accept cheques.

BOSS has access to a wide range of quality suppliers and our expert staff will attempt to fill special orders.
If we are able to locate the special order product we will provide a quote that is valid for seven days only and request a deposit before any special order products are ordered. Balance of the special order is due and payable upon delivery of the goods.
Special order products cannot be returned.

If you can't find what you want, just contact us - because our product range is always increasing we may have it in stock or be able to order it in for you.

Faulty goods can be returned and exchanged or refunded.
Goods that have been used cannot be returned if they are not faulty.
Special order goods cannot be returned.

Yes - BOSS has gift vouchers available for birthdays, Father's Day, Christmas, anniversaries and all other special occassions.

The prices of many of our specialist items change frequently so we set up our web site to take your order and get back to you with the latest price. Frankly, we'd rather be serving you quickly than sitting in front of a computer updating our price database!

We receive your request for a price quote and get back to you as soon as possible during business hours. If you want to pay online, you can then log in to your account and do so. Alternatively, you can phone us and give your credit card details over the phone; debit your account with us; or drop into our shop
We do not accept cheques.

BOSS does not deliver. However we can organise for postage or your freight carrier to deliver your order.

If the goods are in stock the products will be dispatched on day of sale. Delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
If the goods are not in stock the products will be dispatched as soon as they are received by BOSS. Delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.

| Delivery - What if I'd rather come and pick up my order from one of the stores? |

When requesting your quote on the web site, at the screen asking for delivery details, just check the "Delivery details same as above" box but write in the Special Instructions area that you intend to pick up, eg. "Don't deliver - will pick up from Mount Isa shop"
