Credit on Cancelled Orders due to Shipping Costs

CREDIT for Cancellation due to Freight Charges

If you don't understand the free shipping or the minimum freight charge for bulk or dangerous goods conditions and don't contact us prior to processing your online order and then decided to cancel your order when we contact you with the correct shipping charge, we will still credit your payment less the fees charged by the payment company you have chosen.
ie. If you paid by PayPal, you will be refunded your payment less the fees Paypal charge us to accept your payment as they don't refund their fees charged to us, this is the same for all payment methods.
