NTS Series Pneumatic Piston Vibrators

The pneumatic piston vibrators series NTS are particularly suitable for conveying , compressing and loosening bulk materials due to their completely linear vibration behavior . They are used to empty containers and as drives for conveying and discharge chutes .

A special feature of the NTS vibrators is the possibility of synchronizing several vibrators using a coupling set.

The vibration (sinusoidal oscillation) is generated by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston. This vibration supports, promotes or enables a multitude of applications. NTS piston vibrators start and stop without delay in any installation position.

The amplitude is set via the optional throttle valve. An increase in the supply pressure causes a higher frequency. ATEX-compliant linear vibrators of the NTS series and devices with stainless steel and plastic housings are available.
